The job requires a TEAM player who is detail oriented and can work independently on projects both assigned and self created; has a pleasant disposition and eager to support clients with customer support inquiries, document management and customer follow-up. The desired team player will also possess broad software knowledge and be proficient at a number of software programs includingbut not limited to Microsoft Office 2007 (entire suite), customer database management, social media,web-site management and quick to learn and master other software programs necessary for the position. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
